Our story
Established in 2009, Redevelopment Resources offers economic development and redevelopment solutions and research services to municipalities, businesses, and organizations. Our experience was gained from active successful careers in economic and community development, planning, and marketing fields. The team transitioned into consulting to share our vast experience with others.
We value the planning process, but we believe the greatest impact comes through implementation. Seeing plans take shape, bringing new life to buildings and properties, and equipping our clients with the tools to make meaningful change happen is what drives our work.

Principal & CEO
35+ years of direct experience in redevelopment, market analysis, planning, implementation, grant writing, brokerage, business development, media, manufacturing, and marketing. Redeveloped a former hospital into a multifamily apartment building and actively looks for opportunities to turn blighted property into housing in new communities. Certified Economic Developer (CEcD), MBA, licensed WI real estate broker.
